Ordering

Making a purchase online is extremely easy. Browse through the shop and when you see an item you wish to buy simply add to your shopping basket by clicking on the button. You can change the quantity as required, when you view your basket.
When your shopping is complete proceed to the checkout to pay where you will be asked to fill in essential information such as name, address, email address and then asked to select a payment method.

Delivery

Stock Items.  We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours (except weekends).  However due to circumstances beyond our control, on occasions we may not be able to complete your order. In which case we will contact you with a delivery time.  The maximum order to delivery time is four to six weeks.

Returns Policy

We offer a “No Questions Asked” refunds policy for any returns received within 7 days of receipt. Simply return by the same postage method your item was sent by. Your refund will be issued by the same payment method with which you paid for your item. This time limit can be extended if discussed prior to purchase
Postage costs incurred are not refundable.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt or other time as discussed prior to purchase.
All items are subject to a checking process before dispatch to prevent any claims of faulty goods. But should you feel you have received a faulty item please call us immediately to resolve the issue. Once we are aware of a problem we will do our up most to resolve it as soon as possible
